Basic Residential Cleaning Includes:
(weekly, bi-weekly, once a month sporadically, or one time cleaning)
Living room:
Dusting, tidy up, shine mirrors, sliding glass doors(interior), polish furniture, dust/ wipe down all surfaces, vacuum, sweep and mop.
Bedrooms:
Shine mirrors, polish furniture, dust/wipe down any surfaces, make beds (will switch out dirty sheets if clean sheets are available), vacuum, sliding glass door(interior), sweep and mop.
Bathrooms:
Clean and sanitize toilet(interior and exterior), bathroom sink, counters, clean shower/tub(if excessive scrubbing in grout is needed it will be an extra charge), mirrors, dust/wipe down any shelves, sweep and mop.
Kitchen:
Dishes, counters, kitchen sink, microwave(interior and exterior), stainless steel, wipe down all appliances, clean stove-top, dining room table, sweep and mop.
Remove trash from all rooms. Replace trash bags if available.
Vacuum, sweep and mop all hallways and staircases.
***A deep clean of these areas are a much more in depth cleaning and also include baseboards/ blinds/ inside of refrigerator and/or freezer/ inside of oven/ hard to clean bathtubs and showers/ ceiling fans/ interior windows/ windowsills/window tracts/ air vents / exterior cabinets/ interior cabinets (only if empty)/ spot clean walls and doorways and anything specifically requested. Deep cleans will be charged extra. You can also add any of these to any basic cleaning for an extra charge.

These prices are subject to change according to the house and cleaning needs- some houses with pets/kids need more love than others. Prices also depend on square footage of home. We are happy to provide a FREE quote over the phone!
Studio: $110.00-$130.00
1 bedroom: $130.00-$150.00
2 bedroom: $150.00-$170.00
3 bedroom : $170.00-$200.00
4 bedroom : $200.00-$250.00
5 bedroom : $250.00 and up

Deep cleans, post construction, move in and move outs are usually charged an hourly rate of $50/hour PER worker. If flat rate is preferred, we can come see the job to give an accurate quote.
Early morning or late-night cleanings can be arranged upon request.
Minimums:
The hourly rate of $50/hr per cleaner has a minimum of 3 hours.
Any flat rate jobs have a minimum of $110.
Smaller jobs or bigger jobs are also available upon request!
*You can also add any special request to any cleaning for an additional charge.

We have an hourly rate of $50/hour per worker if you would prefer to pay this way. If you choose to pay this way you can also pick how many workers you want and how long you want them to work or just until they get the job done. There is a minimum of 3 hours for hourly rates. We will have invoice ready for you at end of service.
Also, please note that we do charge a $25/$50 fee for any cancellations/reschedules within 24 of scheduled date/time. ($25 basic clean/ $50 deep clean). If your cleaner arrives at your location and they are not able to perform the services you requested, you will be charge 50% of your total cleaning bill.
